Insight Learning was established in 1983 by Tadaaki Hakoda as a training and consulting company focusing on communication. His goals are as follows: (1) to merge the techniques, psychology and behavior of Eastern and Western cultures, and (2) to create programs that help people not just train for their jobs, but to develop themselves.
To be successful and profitable for the above, our company must attract new customers and generate repeating business with them. |

Our customers base their buying decisions on an increasingly complex set of factors. Many of these factors relate to material aspects of a product or a service; for example, price, product specification and sales support. In addition, as for the human training, there is another vital aspect. That is "the feeling that a customer has toward his training company." A positive feeling toward one's training company generates a tremendous amount of mutual goodwill, then ensures a pleasant learning environment. |

You understand that with one person of wrong attitude, you will lose the credibility of your organization very easily. But you also know that it is equally easy, if everyone in the organization has the right attitude, to be successful and to get rock-solid credibility. We are teaching to acquire this right attitude by positive two-way interactions with our clients.
The goal of all Insight Seminars is to encourage participants to make full use of their personal skills and talents, and to use them in harmony with the objectives of their companies. |

We provide an atmosphere where the trainees use both their heads and hearts. By thinking, Insight trainees will build or improve technical knowledge and skill of inter-personal communication. This means not only better self-expressions, but also deeper understandings of others. At the same time, the trainee will strengthen their ability to feel more confident, more controlled, and be more flexible when doing business with others.
Participants in Insight programs will not be bored, not like other training seminars. All Insight programs are geared to make training enjoyable and educational. There is always a positive energy buzz in our seminars because trainees play interactive roles in every aspect of the program; i.e. role-playing and feedback. Moreover, our superior instructors lead our seminars. This being the case, we are certain that Insight programs are dynamic, engaging and knowledgeable because our instructors are, too. |
